Do you or your family need new coverage or cannot afford their employer offered coverage? Others have lost their employer or COBRA coverage.
We offer on exchange (MNSure) and off exchange health insurance for residents of Minnesota from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, Medica and UCare.
The Open Enrollment period is November 1 to January 15.
You must enroll by December 15 to have coverage effective January 1.
If you enroll after December 15, your coverage will start February 1.
There are also special circumstances that all you to enroll outside of the Open Enrollment Period.
